Returns & Exchanges
At Butterfly Fyt we value each and everyone of our customers and want you to have nothing but a positive experience shopping with us! We want you to return as a customer, because just like us, we know your closet needs more activewear pieces too!
Therefore returns can be made within 14 days after the date you received your shipment (we will confirm that date from the carrier). After the 14th day a return will no longer be processed.Â
Please send an E-mail to info@butterflyfyt.com detailing your reasoning for the return and any photos (if there are any flaws to your items) to confirm whether your items qualify to be returned. Once we’ve decided a return is the way to go you’ll receive an E-mail with a return slip with the proper return address.Â
All Clothing items and Accessories must include the following to qualify for a return.Â
- Must be in the same condition as the item was in when received.
- Must have all tags still attached.Â
- please repack items in the proper packaging to insure no merchandise is damaged on its way back to us. If you have any questions on how to package an item don’t hesitate to shoot us an E-mail!Â
*Please note, unfortunately Butterfly Fyt cannot process any exchanges at the moment. We hope to be able to provide exchanges in the near future. However if you see the item you want is still available in the size you need hurry and snatch it up! Your wardrobe will thank you!Â

Quality is very important to us here at Butterfly Fyt. Each item is thoroughly checked when we receive our inventory and is carefully packaged to ensure items can withstand shipment. Only items with manufacturing defects will be considered for returns or items that may not fit properly.
