Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Butterfly Fyt! If you’re anything like us, we know you’re probably checking your notifications and E-mails trying to see what’s going on with your shipment and checking to see where it’s at!

All orders will be processed within 24-72 hours (1-3 Business days).

If an item cannot be shipped within that time frame you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order.  


*PLEASE NOTE, NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ON WEEKENDS. 

Any orders processed on a Friday will ship out that following Monday, unless that Monday happens to be on a holiday. If that is the case packages will ship the following business day (Tuesday).

All deliveries will be handled by UPS and USPS. Once received by those postal services, you should receive a tracking number.

*BUTTERFLY FYT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED ITEMS. (Please see our returns and exchanges policy for more info on what qualifies as returnable items)

If your package shows that it’s been delivered and you have not  received your package, please reach out to Postal Services, as Butterfly Fyt is no longer responsible for those items. 

*Please verify all personal shipping info (Name, Address, etc.) before submitting your order. This will help rule out any possible problems that could arise with shipping. You will be contacted if there are any issues with information you've provided. If for any reason we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and you'll be refunded for the full order. If for any reasons you notice any mistakes with information you've entered please contact us ASAP so we can try and make corrections.
